Compliance with Discord's Developer Policy

In accordance with the Discord Developer Policy, we are providing a clear summary of the Discord data our service accesses and our reasons for doing so. This data is essential for the functionality of the Pashlabs service.

User Account Data (via OAuth2 Login)

When you log into Pashlabs using your Discord account, we request and store the following information:

• Discord User ID:

  To uniquely identify your Pashlabs account and link it to your created bots.

• Username and Avatar:

  To display your profile information on the Pashlabs dashboard for a personalized experience.

• Email Address:

  To contact you with important service-related announcements or for account support purposes.

Bot Interaction Data (via Discord Gateway)

For your created Pashlings to function within a Discord server, they need to receive and process certain data. This requires enabling specific "Privileged Gateway Intents" in your bot's settings on the Discord Developer Portal.

• Message Content (Requires Message Content Intent):

  To read the text of messages sent in channels where the bot is present. This is the primary mechanism by which the bot understands and responds to users.

• Server Members (Requires Server Members Intent):

  To access a list of users in a server. This is used to gather context about users (like their display names) for more personalized interactions and to understand the social environment of a conversation.

• User, Channel, and Server IDs:

  To maintain conversational history, manage settings on a per-server or per-user basis, and ensure the bot responds in the correct location.

All data accessed from Discord is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and is used solely to provide and improve the Pashlabs service.
